As a Floater Caregiver, you will be responsible for fulfilling personal care needs, managing medication requirements, monitoring health status, and maintaining accurate records of all care provided. Additionally, you will provide meaningful companionship, assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation, and expertly handle errands. Your main focus will be to create a safe and comfortable environment that promotes the overall well-being of our clients.Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in fulfilling their personal care needs, ensuring their utmost comfort and preserving their dignity.
- Manage and provide comprehensive support for clients’ medication requirements.
- Monitor clients’ health status and promptly report any changes to the nursing supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of all care provided and diligently document any observations or concerns.
- Offer meaningful companionship, emotional support, and actively listen to clients, promoting their overall well-being.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, proficiently handle meal preparation, and expertly run errands as necessary.
- Create and maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our valued clients.
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Remain flexible and available to work during varying assigned times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingly travel to different locations as required to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Perform a wide range of tasks tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client.
- Adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities to provide the best possible care and support.
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a full-time schedule.
- Demonstrate exceptional levels of compassion, patience, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and skillfully prioritize tasks.
- Successfully complete a thorough background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and unwavering dependability.
- Capability to seamlessly adapt to various tasks and environments.
- Outstanding communication skills enabling effective interaction with clients and the healthcare team.

- Guaranteed payment of $42,000 per year for a full 40 hours per week, regardless of the actual number of hours worked.
