JOB SUMMARYAlways Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is seeking talented and dedicated HIRING NAs, CNAs, RNs and LPNs to join its team in the Kaneohe Facility. This is a full-time, salaried position in the Franchise industry with a competitive salary. The successful candidate will work on the cutting edge of healthcare, providing support, care and companionship to seniors who are part of the Always Best Care family.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
This position offers an competitive wage ranging from $18 to $45 per hour, paid weekly. Employees may also be eligible for additional benefits, such as health and dental insurance, PTO, and 401(k).

• NA/CNA-wages $18-$20
• MA/CNA- $19-$20
• LPN- $42
• RN-$42

On-call positionsWorkplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferencesRESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct services to seniors that are consistent with individual Plans of Care
• Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and exercising
• Assist with household activities such as laundry, light housekeeping, shopping and meal preparation
• Manage medical appointment scheduling
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date paperwork and medical records
• Advocate for seniors in terms of higher-level healthcare needs
• Communicate effectively with other healthcare and facility staff members

REQUIREMENTS

• A valid, active HIRING NAs, CNAs, RNs or LPNs license
• At least two years of experience in a related healthcare/medical setting
• Demonstrated understanding of healthcare models and patient patient rights
• Ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare staff
• Flexibility to work schedule shifts
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
