This position is part of our Employee Services team and has the critical role of conducting the full hiring process and onboarding of substitute educators and support staff for our large client base of school districts across Arizona.Must be local to the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Hiring Specialists at ESI have the critical role of vetting, hiring, and onboarding substitute educators and support staff for our partner school districts in Arizona. We hold these positions to the highest standard because we know how important it is to place safe, credentialed, and qualified individuals in the classroom with students. Hiring Specialists work closely with ESI’s HR team, as well as school district personnel, and process a large volume of candidates throughout the year.WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Associate Degree or higher.
• Three years of experience performing superior customer service with detailed data entry/clerical work.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• High proficiency and comfort in learning and using various online software tools and systems.
• Education, HR, or hiring experience preferred.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Initial training will take place in-person at our headquarters in north Scottsdale, AZ.
• Our dress code is casual, while still maintaining a level of professionalism.
• Non-smoking environment.
• This position is eligible for remote work after 90-day probationary period, but candidate must be local to the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
