🤓 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Hiring Specialists at ESI have the critical role of vetting, hiring, and onboarding substitute educators and support staff for our partner school districts in Arizona. We hold these positions to the highest standard because we know how important it is to place safe, credentialed, and qualified individuals in the classroom with students. Hiring Specialists work closely with ESI’s HR team as well as school district personnel, and process a large volume of candidates throughout the year.💼 WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Associate Degree or higher.
• Three years of experience performing superior customer service with detailed data entry/clerical work.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• High proficiency and comfort in learning and using various online software tools and systems.
• Education, HR, or hiring experience preferred.
