Our Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator role recruits, hires and manages our caregiving workforce. We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication, organization and multi-tasking skills that enjoys a fast paced environment with a team-oriented atmosphere. - Are you self-motivated, a problem solver, assertive and able to work in a fast paced environment?
- Do you reside in Indian River County?
- Can you maintain regular attendance in our office to execute job responsibilities?
- Do you have a minimum of 1 or more years of fully-cycle recruiting and hiring hourly workers?
- Do you have experience with job posting sites such as Indeed, Career Builder, Zip Recruiter?
- Have you utilized an Applicant Tracking Software system?
- Are you proficient in recruiting through social media posting?
- Are you passionate about working with seniors?
- Are you highly proficient with computer skills (Microsoft office, Excel, Canva)?
- Do you have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)?
- Are you able to pass a criminal background, motor vehicle check and drug test?
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
- Perform 8 to 10 virtual job interviews daily for our Vero Beach office
- Hire 12 quality care professionals a month
- Must be able to work in applicant tracking software
- Must be able to adapt in the ever changing hiring market of an hourly worker
- Use creative sourcing techniques and tools such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Career Link, Local job boards and events, etc.
- Actively recruit on all social media media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok
- Attend local job fairs and recruitment events
- Complete cold calls as needed
- Must create new and innovative ways to attract quality applicants on a daily basis
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with colleagues, care professionals, clients and family members
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
~Schedule:Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm in our Vero Beach OfficePay & Benefits!
