This position is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal hiring laws. The Hiring Strategist will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, promote Alteas Health as an employer of choice, and maintain an exceptional candidate experience. This role reports directly to the Human Resources department and collaborates with clinical and administrative leadership to meet the organization’s hiring goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top healthcare and administrative professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and office staff.
  • Draft and publish compelling job descriptions tailored to specific clinical and administrative roles across job boards and social media.
  • Screen, schedule, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and alignment with company values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, focusing on high-demand specialties in healthcare.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to extend offers and negotiate terms aligned with company policies.
  • Promote Alteas Health as an employer of choice by sharing company culture and benefits through recruitment efforts.
  • Assist candidates in completing credentialing and paperwork, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with healthcare-related regulations including collaboration and supervision practices.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and candidate sources, to refine strategies.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to healthcare compliance standards, including equal opportunity and labor laws.
  • Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding of healthcare professionals, including assistance with employment agreements.
  • Work closely with clinical leaders to understand hiring needs, including growth opportunities for new roles.
  • Contribute to retention strategies by providing insights on candidate feedback and reasons for accepting or declining offers.
  • Attend healthcare job fairs, conferences, and community events to build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Ad Hoc tasks as assigned by Human Resources including but limited to HRIS, and employee record management.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience recruiting for healthcare roles, preferably in a multi-state organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or healthcare administration related field.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, credentialing processes, and state and federal hiring laws.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment.
