Job descriptionSub Teacher Source (STS) is a premier educational staffing agency working with schools nationwide to address their staffing needs. We hire talented candidates to join our premier team of substitute teachers. We are hiring dedicated, punctual, flexible, professional & dependable substitutes. We operate during school hours Monday-Friday. No work during summers and holidays.We are currently hiring for the 2023-2024 school year.Starting Salary: $140-190Duties include but are not limited to:
- Follow lesson plans
- Manage the classroom effectively
- Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of students
- Supervise students in and out of the classroom
- Provide in-class and at-home assignments based on the available lesson plans
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (2.0 or Higher Grade Point Average)
- Bachelors Degree for Long-term Positions
- Can pass a criminal background check ($85)
- Are legally registered to work in the USA
- Florida Substitute ID Badge-Preferred
