We are committed to ensuring every student receives the support they need to succeed, both in and out of the classroom.Role Overview:As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students’ learning across various subjects. You will assist in creating a positive learning environment and help students, particularly those with additional needs, to overcome challenges and thrive academically.Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students who need extra help
• Assist students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring their individual needs are met
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Help with the preparation of learning materials and resources
• Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback to teachers
• Support students’ social and emotional development

What We’re Looking For:We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with young people. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people (desirable)
• A strong understanding of child safeguarding policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• A flexible and proactive approach

Qualifications:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (essential)
• Additional qualifications in education or child development are desirable but not essential
