Home Based Supervising Social Worker – £40,000NonStop Care is looking for a permanent Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating, in the South West of England.They offer a very good salary, that can get up to £40,000 per annum.The role is home based, offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule.Responsibilities:The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 10 foster families located around the Bristol/Wiltshire areas.The role involves just supervision of the foster families, so you will not be completing Form F Assessments on top.Benefits:– join a national fostering agency with a Good Ofsted– home working– manageable caseload – 10– 28 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (this will increase to 32+8 with length of service)– 0.45p per mile mileage– ongoing training and opportunities for career progression– Employee Assistance Programme– Discretionary sick pay Annual pay increase / fair pay policyRequirements:Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a LAC team.
