Vigilant monitoring and reporting of any changes in client’s health or needs is essential.Qualifications:
- CNA/HHA certified
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a caregiver (preferred).
- Ability to respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and their families.
- Commitment to adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Compassionate, respectful, and patient, with excellent bedside manners.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Clear background check.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
