WSi is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes across Fowler, La Junta, Las Animas, and Rocky Ford, Colorado.About the Job:As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will work 16-20 hours per week, working directly with patients in their homes, empowering them to regain mobility, independence, and overall wellness. You will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to achieve optimal outcomes.What We Offer:

Apply Today!#PT123Requirements– Must be at least 21 years of age.– Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy and jointly accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association and the Committee on Allied Health Education with a B.S., B.A., or M.S. Degree.– Must be licensed in Colorado.– Must have a valid, non-restricted driver’s license.– Flexibility and availability to work a weekend schedule if needed.– Minimum of two years’ experience required, with home care experience preferred.– Must pass both Drug Screen and Background Check

$45 – 47 per hour
