Home Manager (Clinical) – SheffieldANNUAL SALARY: £60,000 + up to £12k annual bonus + £2k welcome bonusESR specialise in hiring top healthcare talent into the private care home sector. - You will be a qualified Nurse with a strong clinical background OR strong proven home manager track record
- Having strong communication and leadership skills.
- Be able to handle difficult situation effectively and in a timely manner
- Proven management experience in a similar role.
- You will be able to lead and motivate a team working with the Deputy Manager to create a positive working environment.
Essential for the role:
- Proven management experience at a similar level
- A clinical background as a registered nurse
- Established leadership skills to manage large teams
- Effective multi-tasking and prioritization
- Strong commercial awareness – care industry preferred but not required
- You’ll be up to date with current evidence based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality
- A Registered Manager with relevant experience in a senior management capacity is desirable
As the Home Manager in Sheffield, you will lead your team to ensure provision of a safe, caring, responsive and effective service for our clients in their home.
