Home Manager (Clinical) – SheffieldANNUAL SALARY: £60,000 + up to £12k annual bonus + £2k welcome bonusESR specialise in hiring top healthcare talent into the private care home sector. • You will be a qualified Nurse with a strong clinical background OR strong proven home manager track record
• Having strong communication and leadership skills.
• Be able to handle difficult situation effectively and in a timely manner
• Proven management experience in a similar role.
• You will be able to lead and motivate a team working with the Deputy Manager to create a positive working environment.

Essential for the role:

• Proven management experience at a similar level
• A clinical background as a registered nurse
• Established leadership skills to manage large teams
• Effective multi-tasking and prioritization
• Strong commercial awareness – care industry preferred but not required
• You’ll be up to date with current evidence based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality
• A Registered Manager with relevant experience in a senior management capacity is desirable

As the Home Manager in Sheffield, you will lead your team to ensure provision of a safe, caring, responsive and effective service for our clients in their home.
