We’re adding to our team to help cover busy periods and need a Guest Service Assistants on a casual, zero-hours basis, in return for a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour.Personality and potential are top of our hiring wish list, but experience in a customer-facing hospitality job would be a big benefit. We need people who are open, welcoming and who know what great customer service looks like – the kind of person you’d like to meet after a long day of travelling! You’ll be checking guests in and out, answering questions and supporting them during your stay. A great telephone manner is essential and you’ll need to be confident using a computer. As we’re one big team, you can also expect to be pulling the odd pint, taking some food orders and turning your hand to whatever’s needed to ensure our guests have a great stay. You could be working a mix of midweek, weekend, early and late shifts for flexibility in your schedule would be a big advantage.
