Various restaurants, bars and a state-of-the-art spa sanctuary experience, will offer everyone the place to have the time of their lives, pause the clock and embark upon their own magical journey with MGallery.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR AT THE MUNICIPAL HOTEL & SPA MGALLERYWhat you’ll be doing…When you enter our hotel you will be “wowed” and we aspire for our guests to be bowled over too by the memorable visual impact of our rooms and public areas. Our Housekeeping Heartists® maintain our 5* atmosphere with care and precision for the finer details and our Housekeeping Supervisors check and ensire these wow factors are delivered to our guests. They take pride in adding personalised touches, checking the finer details and providing a luxury inner sanctuary for our guests. This role is contracted to 22.5 hours per week but can flex up to 40 hours per week.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUWe hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements…

• A positive can do attitude and the passion to stand out and be proud of our hotel team standards.
• The skill to welcome our guests through finer details and also in person! Providing care and warmth in every guest connection.
• Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail in every room check and public area check.
• The ability to support our Heartist® Housekeepers, pitching in if required along with training and developing our team.

Other duties include;

• Ensure service standards and service times are maintained by offering a prompt and efficient service. Create a timeless memory with your exceptional presentation skills and finishing touches.
• To be fully aware of arrivals, departures and special requests.
• To be aware of time and the ability to prioritise and delegate.
• To assist in stock taking, orders and processing deliveries.
• To work positively and collaboratively with all departments and Heartists®.
