Housing Options Officer Fully Remote NeededHousing Options OfficerFully Remote£30.00ph UmbrellaThis role is a 3-month contract and is highly likely to continue after this period.This position is a fully remote role. You will only be required to come into the office to pick up and return your equipment.This amazing opportunity will be great for someone who has good up-to-date knowledge of the Housing Legislation and is able to process applications – If you have experience using Locata systems, this would be a high desire from the hiring manager.I am after someone who has a mixed background of both London and rural experience working on 30 caseloads or more as this will require someone who can work through cases at a good pace.If you have a passion for helping people in need and help make a difference to someone’s homelessness situation then this will be the right role for you.You will be involved with providing PHPs, dealing with S.21 notices, prevention, relief, and making decisions on each case.If you believe that you have the valid requirements for this post, do let me know as soon as possible and I would be happy to send you across after a quick conversation.However, if you know someone who would be perfect for this position and has a background in Housing Options, then please do get in contact.Please contact me on 07445623319 or email rakeem.kamara@oysterpartnership.com
