  • Provide leadership for Human Resources strategic planning and support organization staff by establishing recruitment and selection program (internal/external) in line with HQ guidelines; advising/coaching managers on candidate selection;
  • Responsible of managing engagement and retention of best talents, supporting them in identifying professional development opportunities;
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal and performance reviews by training managers to coach employees;
  • Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies, procedures and reports when required;
  • Provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, continuous improvement and standards.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Prepare and monitor annual budget that includes all HR costs (staff costs, recruitment, training, employee recognition etc);
  • Lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a high-level workforce;
  • Monitor employee performance, manage training and development initiatives; and identify opportunities for improvement and problems resolutions;
  • Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations;
  • Manage and update the HRIS system to streamline administrative tasks and meet other needs of the organization.
