We are looking for a HR Administrator with experience in administrative work. Some HR experience would be helpful but full training in our systems will be given.

KEY ROLES
- Ensure that new starter paperwork is processed in a timely fashion
- Arrange PVG checks for all new starters
- Arrange references for all new starters
- Assist with application screening and interviews to ensure potential candidates meet job requirements
- Process international volunteer visas and manage associated paperwork
- Gather the necessary information required by payroll each month and pass this to the accounts team
- Administer the HR software, Breathe
- Update HR policies in conjunction with the CEO
- Develop and implement an induction programme and exit package for team members
- To participate in the spiritual life of the centre including morning devotions, team fellowship and other such activities
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A mature and growing Christian faith
- High level of confidentiality
- Experience of working in an administrative role
WE WOULD ALSO LOVE YOU TO HAVE
- Experience of HR administration
- Worked with a Christian organisation or charity
