Human Resources (HR) Administrator
We are searching for a HR Administrator to join our Christchurch site!
The Curtiss-Wright HR team in the UK operate as a Shared Service across 3 Divisions, supporting around 500 employees. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person who is seeking a rewarding career in Human Resources. The successful candidate will join the HR team in our purpose-built facility next to Bournemouth Airport.
In this role, you will provide a variety of administrative support to our Human Resources Team in the areas of HRIS/compensation/benefits, onboarding, employee relations, organizational development and training.

Your Challenge:
Provide support to the HR team across all areas
Responder on HR Helpdesk
Maintain HR processes & procedures including updating Workday (HR Information System)
Manage employee changes in conjunction with the US-based HRIS Team
Support new hire, onboarding & leaver processes including screening (e.g. ITAR, BPSS and SC)
Assist with careers fairs and open days
HR reporting metrics
Ad hoc HR projects
Organise Company parties
What You Bring:
Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 5 or above (must including Maths and English Language)
Strong IT skills especially MS Office Word and Excel.
Outstanding attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent customer service and people skills including strong communication skills
Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Computer literate and competent user of Microsoft Packages (including Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Available for occasional travel (mainly to other CW UK sites)
Desirable
Experience of working in a HR, customer service or admin role
Previous HR knowledge
Business, Economics, Psychology or Law qualifications preferable but not essential
