HR Advisor

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Location: Darlington

Type: Permanent

Duties:

Continuous improvement to achieve all targets for operational performance.

Managing administration of holidays, appraisals, 121 s etc

Managing hiring processes; job descriptions, Interviews and work along Training Department

Monitor recruitment metrics, like turnover and retention rates.

Address employee requests and potential issues.

Absence Management

Occasional travel to local sites

Manage employee relations

Maintain HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

CIPD Level 3 or above

Previous experience working as a HR Advisor or similar

Clean and tidy appearance.

Professional, structured and organised approach.

Computer literate.

Excellent, interpersonal skills to communicate on all levels.
