Position: HR Advisor

Do you have 3 years of experience in an HR role touching to different aspects of HR?Our client, a specialized manufacturer and distributor, is looking for an HR Advisor!What they offer:– Salary up to $90K upon experience

– Hybrid, 4 days in the office and one day remoteYour profile:– Extensive background in administration, potentially complemented by studies in Human Resources with preference given to candidates possessing a Bachelor’s degree in HR
– Proactiveness, exceptional organizational skills
– Ability to adapt seamlessly to evolving priorities
– Demonstrated autonomy in task management
– Self-driven with a proven track record of taking initiative
– Capacity to execute projects efficiently with minimal supervision
– Aptitude for proposing and implementing innovative solutions
– Builder profile, poised for professional growth and advancementOther Language Requirements: English
– Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
– Reasons for Language Requirement: Internal team collaboration in Ontario
– Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)Your role:– Update and maintain Employee Handbook and Code of Ethics to align with regulations and company policies
– Facilitate onboarding process for new employees, including document dissemination and initial guidance
– Participate in recruitment activities, including formulating job postings and screening resumes
– Manage labor relations and disciplinary actions in collaboration with stakeholders
– Ensure accuracy in job descriptions and compliance with regulatory mandates through regular audits
– Conduct follow-up sessions with new employees to evaluate progress and address concerns
– Integrate health and safety protocols into operational procedures
