HR Assistant

• Provide essential support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, arranging interviews, and liaising with candidates.

• Keep employee records up-to-date and confidential, ensuring accuracy in all documentation.

• Facilitate onboarding for new hires by preparing materials, conducting orientations, and managing paperwork.

• Help with benefits administration, including processing enrollments, handling changes, and addressing employee inquiries.

• Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as employment contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary notices.

• Address HR-related inquiries and provide assistance to employees in a professional manner.

• Organize and maintain HR files and records, ensuring they are accessible and compliant with policies.

• Support the planning of employee events and training sessions.

• Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

  Requirements

• Experience in an HR Assistant role or a similar administrative position is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
