The main role of the HR Assistant Europe is to ensure the administrative and operational management of the European activities of the Human Resources department.Your responsibilities:Manage the administrative recruitment process and the onboarding of new employees.
Inform new arrivals about their contracts, benefits, and internal procedures.
Coordinate social benefits and administrative procedures related to hiring.
Distribute job descriptions and facilitate the signing of employment contracts.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance as needed.
Ensure compliance with legal and collective bargaining regulations regarding payroll and personnel administration.
Manage the payroll process, including data collection, entry, and monitoring of contributions.
Regularly update HR data in the information system.
Supervise medical examinations and manage sick leave.
Handle insurance files and place orders for meal vouchers.
Generate activity reports and ensure payroll data quality.
Contribute to updating HR performance indicators.
Adhere to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Support HR Managers in various projects and administrative tasks.Le profilYour Background
At least 2 years of education in the HR field(minimum bac +2)
From 2 years of experience in a similar position
A knowledge in HR administration and payroll
A knowledge in Office suite
An experience working in the chemical and ecological industry is a plus
Fluency in French and English is a must
Rigor, organization, stress resistance, flexibility, ability to analyze and synthesize, interpersonal skills, ability to listen, sense of priorities, responsiveness, team spirit, discernment, ability to judge, open-mindedness.
