£50,000 – £57,000 Per AnnumPosted On: 1st August 2024We are excited to collaborate with a top-tier luxury retail brand in London for the recruitment of a HR Business Partner role.They are seeking an experienced HR professional proficient in recruitment, TUPE, ER, redundancies, learning & development, and strategic HR. The ideal candidate should be proactive and open to weekly store visits as part of their support duties.Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing HR strategies & policies
- Being first point of contact for all employees and dealing with their queries and providing advice inline with company policies & procedures
- Assess current HR plans & policies and implementing improvements
- Managing internal recruitment processes including creating job descriptions and working with hiring managers to improve their own hiring processes
- Providing support & advice to managers on employee relation issues inline with legislation
- Managing formal employee relations processes including hearings
- Coaching on performance management processes & reviews whilst making improvements where necessary
- Identifying training requirements and providing advice on appropriate training courses
- Managing any HR projects alongside the relevant stakeholders
