- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective inclusive recruitment strategies within our Retail Talent Acquisition team for our field teams.
- Follow the full-cycle recruitment process for all field retail positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs specifically designed for retail field teams, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and role expectations.
- Develop succession plans and meaningful career paths in partnership with Retail Heads and Luxe peers
- Ensuring that our talent management strategies are inclusive and are representative of the diverse customer base that we service
Employee Relations and Performance Management:
- Provide guidance and support to Retail Directors and Field Managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution within a fast-paced environment, in partnership with our Retail Advisory team.
- Proactively identify and address employee relations issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment across stores.
- Coach and train field retail managers on effective performance management techniques, including goal setting, feedback delivery, and performance improvement plans.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Be the guardian of HR policies and procedures within retail locations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company regulations, in partnership with our Retail Administrative team.
- Manage head count and costs within budget for your designated area in collaboration with your Luxe HR peers
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Analyse HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement in HR processes and policies within the retail environment.
Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs within the retail teams and collaborate with training and development teams to implement relevant programs focusing on sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Support in the development of the HR Retail team
Stakeholder management
- Develope a strong partnership with your designated retail stakeholders, understanding the business needs and developing plans in collaboration with your HR Retail team
- Build strong relationships cross functionally with the wider HR team such as reward, DEI, Talent, Ops and Learning to ensure that initiatives align to wider company goals and processes whilst learning from peers to develop well rounded plans for the field retail population
- Supporting and leading on change initiatives and refining organisation culture, values and environment to improve organisational performance, effectiveness and flexibility.
- Working alongside senior managers to build capability in line with strategic goals to maximise capability and skills across a diverse workforce.
- Acting as the people lead in the development of organisational design, structures and resource plans for your population
- Working collaboratively and with agility to thrive within a business which relies on constant innovation and change.

- Experience of managing change
- Robust stakeholder management experience and the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to analyse data, draw accurate conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly
- Strong planning and organisation skills, with an ability to appropriately re prioritise and change as required to meet deadlines
- Is risk aware and build contingency into plans
