Are you passionate about making a tangible impact?Due to changes in the team, we are currently looking for a permanent and full time HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our vibrant and dynamic People team. You will be working closely with another HRBP and will become part of a newly redefined People team who have the ambition and enthusiasm to challenge the status quo and make changes to ensure we deliver excellent service. We have a lot to do and are looking for someone who shares our passion but has their own ideas and is happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. We need someone who can comfortably move between operational tasks to strategic projects.As the HR Business Partner, you will have your own client group and your role will involve dealing with a range of employee relations and change activities which include consultations, disciplinaries, grievances and absence management as well as advising and guiding managers through our policies, best practice and legislation. You will provide invaluable guidance on HR matters such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, organisational design, and TUPE. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will address HR challenges with innovative solutions, drive employee engagement initiatives, and use HR metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.Hours of Work: Full-time: 37 hours per week, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, standard office hours 9am to 5pm however with flexibility.Location: Home based with occasional travel to Birmingham and Stevenage Offices and to visit client sites nationwideContract type: PermanentHR Business Partner Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a HR Officer/Business Partner and CIPD Level 5 (desirable Level 7)
  • Proven ability to support a full employee lifecycle and interpret HR policies
  • Experience in TUPE and supporting operational decision-making
  • A mix of commercial and charity or public sector experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a flexible and adaptable approach
