The HR Chief of Staff will have an immediate impact on aligning and managing HR stakeholders in support of day-to-day operations as well as strategic initiatives. The role will be roughly 50% focused on supporting the Global VP HR Tech and Product Business Partnering and 50% Global VP HR Experience Delivery.We are looking for someone who is a “jack-of-all-trades” that has a pragmatic balance of strategic and creative thinking and is action oriented. This role requires a resourceful person who is extremely well organised and who can achieve measurable results while building strong and trusted relationships across multiple levels and functions of the business.This role reports to the VP HR Technology and Product.ResponsibilitiesBe a sounding board to senior leaders and team members in HR to help maintain and build a successful and healthy organizationLead strategic initiatives in support of the HR and business strategy. Produce and own plans, build content and presentations, and ensure all parties involved are held accountable for deliverables and timelinesAnticipate needs and make plans for resolving them ahead of timeIdentify issues across the organization and create paths to solve them. Guide leadership towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision-makingHave a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needsWork closely with regional HR Chiefs of Staff to maintain alignment across the regionsChair leadership meetings, ensuring relevant agenda and discussion pointsPartner closely on annual budget process and day-to-day budget managementSupport both leaders with content creation, preparation and presentationProgram manage specific initiatives sponsored by their leaders as agreedWork closely and coach Executive Assistant in the teamQualificationsExperience in HR is requiredExperience in consulting environment requiredStrong project management skills are requiredAble to manage cross functional projects in a dynamic and fluid environmentHigh learning agility and ability to make connectionsStrong written and verbal clear communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels in an organizationExhibits collaboration skills with the ability to form deep and trusted relationships, across organizations, including key internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goalsHigh tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resourcesTrack record of achievement, with sound thinking and judgmentHighest level of integrity and discretion in managing of confidential informationHigh levels of emotional intelligence and empathyThe United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
