Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven HR Coordinator (100%) to undertake a variety of HR and administrative tasks. • Act as a direct HR point of contact for employees queries related to various HR processes and issues
• Advise employees on French – specific labor laws; sick leave, maternity leave, pension withdrawal, reference letters, child allowance, etc.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and resolve employee issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate online records of employee information in our HRIS: Workday, e.g. absence control
• Support the employee life cycle; on-boarding, off-boarding, leave management, transfers, etc.
• Prepare payroll documentation and work closely with our local payroll providers
• Collaborate with internal and external departments
• Prepare weekly or monthly reporting
• Process and issue various employment documentation
• Recommend process improvements for existing HR processes
• Run reports, analyze data, understand existing trends and provide insights on existing processes for both growing and or changing user needs
• On-boarding and cross-training existing and or new team members
• Other job tasks (Ad Hoc and regular) and project work, as required
• You are not required to already be an expert in all the mentioned tasks, however, you should show an interest and be willing to learn!

Your profile

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, or relevant experience with a focus on HR would be preferred
• At least 2 year of HR experience (HR Operations, HR Process Management, Employee or Customer-service, On- and Off-boarding)
• Experience using G-Suite and MS Office 365
• Confidential handling of personal data comes natural to you
• Experience in a customer facing role is highly beneficial
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and French (at least B2)
• Familiarity with the French Labor law framework and practices
• Independent and well-structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Very high attention to detail
