Human Resources Director – Fast Casual RestaurantSalary: $120,000 – $140,000 + Bonus + Benefits!Location: New York, NYMy client, renowned for its exquisite cuisine and vibrant dining experience, offers a unique blend of traditional flavors and modern culinary innovation. - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, advise the executive team, and drive organizational development
- Oversee recruitment and selection, implement onboarding and training programs, and manage performance management systems
- Foster a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns, and implement engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, develop and maintain HR policies, and manage employee records
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, conduct salary benchmarking, and administer employee benefits
- Manage daily HR operations including payroll, develop SOPs for HR processes, and analyze HR metrics to improve practices
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years’ relevant work experience within HR
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with specific experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry required
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
- Experience implementing new HRIS software is a plus
