  • Work closely with the People Operations team to develop and implement Europe wide talent strategies focusing on acquiring top talent
  • Be the primary recruiter for all open hires: preparing and posting ads, screening candidates and hiring high quality candidates across all departments
  • Provide comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, ensuring effective talent attraction according to the company’s objectives and compliance requirements
  • Utilise all the resources available to proactively source candidates whilst identifying additional and new, financially feasible sources and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future position openings
  • Ensure any issue with any recruitment source or platform is addressed promptly or escalated.
  • Develop strong external knowledge of our markets to provide guidance and advice to our internal clients / stakeholders e.g. competitor and market analysis, candidate profiling etc
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed
  • Proactively and professionally represent TerraCycle and Loop in industry career conferences and recruitment events
  • Analyse, interpret and report data such as time to hire or turnover rates and other People key metrics to drive continuous improvement and identify trends and areas of focus
  • Administer compensation, onboarding, offboarding and benefit plans
  • Organise new starter inductions, training and development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form and ensure compliance with all employment regulations in Europe

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of France / Spain employment law
  • A degree or CIPD level 3
