HR Generalist
position for you!

A leader within the photography and film media accessory industry is looking to add an HR Generalist to their team. This company leads the media accessory market for photography and film worldwide, across all product categories and distribution channels. They are the magic behind the perfect shot, enabling content creators to capture and share exceptional images and videos.

From Tik-Tok to Hollywood, this company’s products are used in all applications including the greenscreens on your favorite action movie! This location specializes in custom paper and vinyl backdrops for the photography and film industry. Here they cut the backdrops to size and ship directly to their customers. Additionally, they have just expanded their facility adding a distribution facility, where they house and ship media accessories such as tripods and lighting components.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting Human Resources with multi-state daily functions including payrolling, recruiting and employee retention initiatives. 

This
HR Generalist
position is a Direct Hire opportunity that does have some hybrid capabilities.  


HR Generalist Job Duties:

• Assist with Recruiting processes, onboarding, reviews and off-boarding
• Multi-state Payrolling support
• Implementing Employee Retention initiatives
• Supporting Employee benefits- open enrollment periods etc.

Schedule:
 Monday to Friday, 8a-5p 


HR Generalist 
Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years in an HR/ Payrolling type role
• Bilingual- English & Spanish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Paycor or similar software, Quickbooks is a plus
• Multi-State Payrolling/ HR experience
• Human Resources Certificate or SHRM certification in a plus
• Strong curiosity and a proactive mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: 70K+ based on Experience
