These roles deliver the HR services that require close physical proximity to business operations and cover multiple UPS locations.What’s in for you:A starting salary between £34,000-£35,000 per annum depending on experience.Incredible benefits: Enjoy a company pension scheme, along with fantastic discounts at major retailers, cinemas, and attractions like Alton Towers and The London Eye.Comprehensive Training: We’re dedicated to helping you excel and shine in your role.Career Growth: Explore clear pathways for advancement through our “promotion from within” policyYour Responsibilities:High-level responsibilities including cooperating with our BPO supportManagement of employee concerns and complaintsInquiry managementImplementation of local services and programs to reduce employee turnoverTalent acquisitionSelect onboarding / offboarding activitiesOn-site learning facilitationProvide clear and consistent communication with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.Attention to Detail: Execute detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracyEssential Skills:One year of experience working in a Human Resources function.Strong attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities.Excellent problem-solving skillsFlexibility: the successful candidate will be covering multiple UPS sites in different locations such as Croydon, Dartford and Gatwick.Computer literate, with a good knowledge and experience of MS office packagesFriendly and professional telephone communicationAdaptability to changing priorities and tasksNB: This is a full time, 37.5 hours per week and on-site role.Employee Type:
