Founded in Italy in 1969 and now listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, we are driven by our international calling, which is manifested through a global network of showrooms, where customers can enjoy a multi-material experience.Job DescriptionThe HR Manager is part of the Human Resource function and reporting to hierarchically to Country/Cluster Director and functionally to the Region HRBP.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the management team on organisation design changes, strategic planning and implement recruitment and selection program (internal/external) to align with, and meet business demand and HR cost control in line with HQ guidelines to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
- Advise/influence management decisions that carry short-/long-term human capital implications in line with business direction;
- Lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures and define onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture
- Develop training and development plans based on business needs, Yearly Performance and Talent Identification Process for the cluster, including Training to Managers and Employees, supporting them in identifying professional development opportunities
- Develop/review talent management for critical leadership positions and develop talent readiness/transition actions ;
- Enforce management guidelines by ensuring compliance of all HR processes & policies as well as creating local required processes & policies in line with group guidelines and employment regulations;
- Provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, continuous improvement and standards, using coaching and development approach.
ACTIVITIES
- Create and put into action HR initiatives and HQ driven strategies that are in line with the overall business plan; drive, together with line management employee engagement initiatives to increase employee engagement, performance, retention and training environments;
- Drive market-driven/benchmark compensation and benefits to maximise investment/return in line with the Group policies and identify labor trends & HR best practices (both external & internal);
- Prepare and monitor annual budget that includes all HR costs (staff costs, recruitment, training, employee recognition etc);
- Ensure planning and monitoring of employee performance and appraisals, managing training and development initiatives; and identifying opportunities for improvement and problems resolutions;
- Drive effective communication and employee engagement in collaboration with Marketing and if present, with labor union relations – and handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations;
- Manage and update HR tools such as HCM (SF) to streamline administrative tasks, to report and use HR indicators to assist in decision-making;
- Coordinate and support HSE.
