Location: DorvalDo you have experience as an HR Generalist / HRBP and want to take your career to the next level? Are you looking for a position in Dorval and hybrid?Our client, a company specialized in the food industry, is looking for an HR Manager and Payroll to join their dynamic team!What they offer?– Salary range 85-95k upon experience

– Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 from homeYour profile?– At least 3 years’ experience in an HR management or senior role including compensation, benefits, payroll and administration
– Bilingual to communicate with employees across Canada
– Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs
– Extensive knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development, policy and performance management
– Approachable, open and visible. Has the ability to create positive energy amongst team membersYour role?– Manage and oversee the daily workflow of the People and Culture department
– Oversee all aspects of human resources, including workplace culture, benefits, compensation, succession planning, employee relations, onboarding and terminations, organizational development, health and safety, CNESST management, compliance, and employment laws in Quebec
– Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement HR policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys
– Maintain and apply knowledge of HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies; communicate updates to upper management
– Provide coaching to executive and management teams on HR-related matters
– Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring, talent management, and employee retention programs
– Facilitate company-wide annual performance and salary reviews, and oversee the full payroll cycle, ensuring compliance with legislation
