We encourage you to apply if you think this is a role that would make you excited about coming to work every day.Requirements:We are seeking an experienced HR Manager (Generalist) to join our dynamic team.*Please note this will be on a fixed-term contract for maternity cover*The ideal candidate will have a broad range of HR expertise, covering everything from onboarding and employee relations to performance management and compliance. As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture, ensuring legal compliance, and implementing HR best practices to support our business objectives.Key Responsibilities· Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.· Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Address employee issues and conflicts with professionalism, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.· Performance Management: Work with our L&D team on our yearly development process including working with managers – setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and supporting managers in providing feedback and coaching to employees.· Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with local employment laws and regulations across various regions across Europe, APAC & UK. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as needed.· Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and align with the company’s objectives.· HRIS Management: Maintain and manage the HR Information System, ensuring accurate employee data and generating reports as needed.· Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture, increase employee engagement, and retain top talent.· Health & Safety: Oversee the company’s health and safety programs, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.· HR Projects: Lead or participate in HR-related projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, organizational development, and employee recognition programs.Qualifications· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Generalist HR experience, preferably in a multiple geography role· Must be based in or close to London – within a commutable distance to our Central London office in Holborn· CIPD Level 5 or 7 strongly desiredSkills:o Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in multiple regions (Experience of Portuguese & German law a plus!o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.o Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.o Proficiency in HRIS software (Sage People) and Microsoft Office Suite.o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Attributes:o A team player with a collaborative approach.o High ethical standards and integrity.o Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.o Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others.Benefits: * Hybrid, flexible work environment
