The HR Project Manager will be responsible for delivering the people elements of the PAM transformation programmes, including specific deliverables, individual projects and workstreams. This includes managing and directly delivering employee relations processes.The ideal candidate will be able to apply good operational knowledge and possess a good understanding of management principles to identify the risks and returns of programs and projects. You will be logical, organized, and principled as well as have excellent communication skills to facilitate dialogue and keep stakeholders on task and on track.What your day-to-day will look like:Lead on the delivery of People projects to involve: Planning, coordination and execution of Transformation projects from a People and Culture perspective.Working collaboratively with the Transformation Programme team, PAM HR lead and Senior Leadership team to support the change agenda and project workstreams.Work collaboratively with Transformation project managers and programme and business leads across the transformation streams to provide advice on policy, procedure and guidance.Utilise inhouse and external ER support to ensure effective change management and consultation processes, liaising with EMEA and Global project teams as necessary.
Design and deliver Manager and employee training sessions and facilitate workshops linked to the Transformation team projects.Develop and implement the project plans and effectively communicate milestone accomplishments to key stakeholdersExecute standard project management disciplines (e.g. change control, status reporting, issue management, risk management, meeting/event management, deliverable management, project tracking).Collaboratively identify and implement mitigation plans and manage issues when they arise.Reporting on project delivery and management of any project resources. Review project risks, design mitigations to risk and escalate accordingly to PAM HR Lead, HR Operations Lead, and the UKI Employee Relations team.Develop strong and influential relationships, at all levels, to ensure the appropriate focus on the people elements of the transformation projects.Collaboratively work with Directors and Senior Leaders and peers across PAM to ensure that the people aspects of their transformation plans are appropriately managed and communicated.Attend Strategy & Change meetings and key stakeholders and transformation performance meetings and represent People workstream.Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:Proficient project management competencies including but not limited to project planning/tracking, change control, status reporting, issue management, risk management, meeting/event management, deliverable management. Proven knowledge and experience within HR and/or Project Management roleGood employee relations knowledge in relation to transformation and change in order to be able to work with ER CoE effectivelyAbility to analyse and interpret data and, in turn, draw insights from data to inform decisions.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.Proven track record of managing projects with cross-functional dependencies, changing schedules, and evolving client requirements.Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Organized and able to prioritize multiple projects with minimal supervision. Excellent time management skills.Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
