HR Recruiter in Santa Ana, California

Description We are in the IT Software industry, based in Santa Ana, California, and are currently offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter. The role primarily involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing potential candidates, and maintaining a robust hiring pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for IT, Operations, and Sales roles.

• Employing various sourcing techniques, including boolean strings, personal networks, job boards, and industry events to attract potential candidates.

• Keeping up-to-date with market trends, talent supply reports, and hiring trends to identify top target markets and talent pools.

• Assisting with new hire onboarding activities, including communication to all key team members regarding new hire start date and conducting new hire orientation.

• Proposing changes to operational methods to improve workflow, simplify procedures, and reduce costs when necessary.

• Building networks to source qualified passive candidates and presenting candidate slate in alignment with department needs.

• Ensuring hiring managers are properly trained in interviewing skills, candidate selection, and legal concerns.

• Developing and managing company recruitment job boards.

• Assisting with key recruiting initiatives, including diversity and inclusion, employee branding, and other programs.

• Utilizing various tools such as ADP – Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS – Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, CRM, About Time, Applicant Track System, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, and Communication to perform duties efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP – Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Prior experience with ATS – Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with Careerbuilder and CRM platforms

• Ability to use About Time software and Applicant Track System

• Experience conducting Background Checks

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions

• Excellent Communication skills

• IT Software industry experience

• HR Recruiting experience

• Proficient in using various recruitment software and platforms

• Strong decision-making skills

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential hires

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
