More information can be found at .The roleWe are seeking a proactive and efficient Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team as part of our in-house recruitment service delivering essential administrative support to the department. You will be the first point of contact for all CISL’s incoming talent, therefore, it is essential that you can communicate clearly and meticulously. You will need to work well individually and as part of a team to ensure hiring campaigns are completed on schedule and emails are prioritised and handled accuracy and with the upmost professionalism.Key skills and experience:
- Educated to at least A Level/equivalent standard or extensive practical experience.
- Relevant administrative experience in a HR environment. Recruitment specific experience is desirable, however, not essential.
- Experience of interacting and providing advice to senior managers /staff and communicating with high-profile individuals.
- Experience of Microsoft 365; specifically Outlook, SharePoint, Teams etc.
- An understanding of HR confidentiality and restrictions.
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise own workload.
- Flexibility and willingness to help, support and adapt to changing priorities.
