We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing recruitment activities, from processing new hires to coordinating career fairs, all while maintaining a strong focus on client service.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process, including processing new employee documentation and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Conduct thorough reference checks to support the hiring process.
• Generate and analyze recruitment reports to support HR decision-making.
• Coordinate and attend career fairs, representing the organization and engaging with potential candidates.
• Collaborate with HR and departmental teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date recruitment materials and documentation.
• Provide support in other HR-related tasks as needed to ensure the department’s efficiency.

QualificationsEducation & Certification

• Certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is an asset.

Experience

• At least one (1) year of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR databases.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building positive relationships.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and principles is an advantage.
• A commitment to professional growth and development.
