The role requires a proactive individual to manage HR processes, assist with recruitment operations, and deliver exceptional service to employees and stakeholders.Administrative SupportMaintain and update employee records in our HR system (Deel), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and physical files.Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other employment-related documentation.Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality regulations in handling employee information.Recruitment SupportCoordinate all stages of the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.Utilise the ATS to manage applications, screen candidates, and track progress.Create selection matrices and assist in conducting structured interviews to support hiring decisions.Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration for new hires.HR OperationsAdminister employee benefits, including enrolling new employees and managing changes.Support the payroll process by ensuring timely and accurate submission of necessary data.Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.Policy and ComplianceEnsure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.Support in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and employee handbooks.Assist in compliance audits and reporting as required.Event CoordinationOrganise and support employee engagement initiatives, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and wellness programs.Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and celebrations.HR and Talent ReportingGenerate reports on HR and recruitment metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and recruitment status.Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends.Continuous ImprovementIdentify and suggest improvements to HR and recruitment processes to enhance efficiency.Stay updated on HR best practices, ATS innovations, and labor law developments.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is a plus.2–4 years of experience in an HR or recruitment role.Proven experience working with an HRIS and ATS to manage processes and generate insights.Familiarity with conducting interviews, creating selection matrices, and supporting hiring decisions.Experience in a global organization or multinational environment is desirable.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar) and ATS platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.Additional InformationFPC Employee Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package tailored to your role, with additional performance-based rewards.
