HS&E Supervisor

This is an exciting HS&E Supervisor position with an
electrical contractor who services building management systems for electrical
construction projects such as data centers and other large building automation
projects.

The company works with a variety of industrial customers,
with a current focus on data centers. In this HS&E Supervisor role,
you will serve as the safety leader and valued resource for your team by
facilitating and leading comprehensive safety programs for all project sites.

HS&E
Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of site-specific safety
  plans in close collaboration with project management teams in advance of
  project work starting
• Conduct routine on-site safety audits and
  reviews of individual safe work practices
• Spearhead accident investigations, follow-up
  interviews, root cause analysis, and case management
• Maintain open and proactive communication with
  field staff, clients, HR and executive management on all safety-related matters
• Support HR and training departments with new hire
  orientation and safety training
• Manage inventory of safety equipment/ensure all
  sites have correct PPE

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Pay: $75,000-$85,000/year

HS&E Supervisor
Requirements:

• Degree in HR, HS&E discipline
  or related field preferred
• 2+ years of industry experience
• Knowledgeable in OSHA, safer work
  practices, PPE, Confined Space, LOTO, NFP70E, hot work, fall protection, lifts,
  and trenching regulations and compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft office
  and documentation
• Bilingual preferred
