Join us now and point your career forward!Job SummaryWe are looking for a Health & Safety/Quality Assurance Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI and data analytics to enhance safety compliance, audit performance, and risk management.Now, if you were to come on board as our HSQA Programs Analyst, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

• Lead and manage the Steritech second-party audit program, including scheduling, planning, execution, and reporting.
• Provide technical guidance and training to operators on Steritech systems
• Analyze audit results and compliance data
• Investigate safety incidents, near misses, and non-conformities, documenting findings and recommending actions.
• Develop and implement targeted training programs to improve audit outcomes and ensure operational teams adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and support Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), ensuring timely resolution of compliance issues and ongoing risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health regulations, including Public Health, HACCP, OSHA and company policies.
• Report safety deficiencies to Operations, Senior Management, and other regional support functions, ensuring issues are addressed effectively.
• Represent Compass in discussions with regulatory agencies, clients, and industry stakeholders, providing expertise on safety compliance matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Food Safety, or a related field.
• Relevant safety and compliance certifications (e.g., Public Health, HACCP, CRSP, CHSC, OSHA) are preferred.
• Experience in food safety, occupational health & safety, or quality assurance.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards (Public Health, HACCP, OSHA, etc.)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs
• Experience managing safety audits, corrective action plans, and compliance programs.
• Technologically proficient.
• French language skills are an asset
