Everyone at Prysmian has the potential to make their mark; because whatever you do, wherever you are based, you will be part of a company that is helping transform the world around us.Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Coordinator is responsible for the Saint-Maurice plant, labor movements, the database of management and unionized personnel, monitoring of internal and corporate training and training committee, follow-ups on disability absences and is involved in communications.Benefits: In addition, while collaborating with the HR Director, this person will administer benefits for management and unionized employees of the Saint-Maurice plant, and will provide expanded support in terms of benefits.Workforce: The HR Coordinator will keep the organization up to date by carrying out temporary and permanent labor movements according to the CCT. Active participation in production meetings, workforce planning, internal organization meetings for projects impacting production labor needs, annual vacation files. This person will propose and build files to facilitate the monitoring and understanding of the various posting results, permanent positions, and job openings. The HR Coordinator will take care of Benefits Supports within the administration of benefit plans (savings plan, life insurance, medical and dental plan, for all management and unionized employees. Active involvement in the Prysmian share purchase program. Creation of data entries in WD. Also meets with new unionized employees and forwards information from the office. Ensures the dissemination of information of general interest to all management and unionized employees as well as any information related to benefits. If necessary, may be called upon to participate in a special mandate (e.g.: salary survey) and support the St-Maurice plant when the Human Resources Director is negotiating a collective labor agreement. Hiring Participates in the hiring process (interview) and shares comments with the HR Director. Prepares and sends all documents relating to the hiring process (welcoming new employees). Follows up with supervisors for new employees (assessment before 150 days). Responsible for maintaining traceability of meetings.
