A strategic Human Resources Director is sought to lead and transform the organization’s HR function, driving talent management, cultural development, and organizational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to establish and implement comprehensive HR strategic objectives
  • Develop innovative strategies for recruitment, retention, employee development, and organizational visibility

Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, and candidate assessments
  • Develop strategic staffing partnerships and enhance employer branding
  • Establish connections with educational institutions to access top talent

Organizational Support and Compliance

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to managers, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Ensure legal compliance with local, national, and international HR regulations
  • Manage employee benefits, compensation programs, and maintain pay equity
  • Oversee employee lifecycle and confidential employee records

Training and Development

  • Create comprehensive competency matrices across organizational groups
  • Develop and implement targeted training plans and evaluation methodologies
  • Support departmental managers in identifying and addressing training needs

Performance Management

  • Design and implement a universal performance evaluation methodology
  • Evaluate employees based on performance and alignment with company values

Support organisationnel et conformité

  • Servir de partenaire stratégique auprès des gestionnaires, offrant des conseils sur la gestion de la performance, les relations employés et le développement organisationnel
  • Assurer la conformité légale avec les réglementations RH locales, nationales et internationales
  • Gérer les avantages sociaux, les programmes de rémunération et maintenir l’équité salariale
  • Superviser le cycle de vie des employés et les dossiers confidentiels

Formation et développement

  • Créer des matrices de compétences exhaustives à travers les groupes organisationnels
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans de formation ciblés et des méthodologies d’évaluation
  • Soutenir les gestionnaires départementaux dans l’identification et le traitement des besoins de formation

Gestion de la performance

  • Concevoir et implémenter une méthodologie universelle d’évaluation de la performance
  • Évaluer les employés sur la base de leur performance et de leur alignement avec les valeurs de l’entreprise

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in personnel management, human resources, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a human resources manager
  • CHRA membership preferred
  • Baccalauréat en gestion du personnel, ressources humaines ou domaine connexe
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience comme gestionnaire en ressources humaines
  • Adhésion à l’ORHRI privilégiée
