Position: Human Resources Coordinator – Fashion Industry
Location: Saint-Laurent – hybrid

– Minimum education of a DEC in Human Resources field or higher education
– At least 1-2 years experience in Human Resources Coordinator or Human Resources Assistant (experience with payroll, asset)
– Highly ambitious, proactive go-getter, adept communicator, and enthusiastically committed to continuous learning and growth
– Knowledge of Quebec Labor StandardsMain Responsibilities:– Facilitating seamless onboarding experiences for new hires
– Crafting and strategically posting job advertisements
– Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
– Methodically tracking employee training progress
– Precisely inputting employee information into ADP for insurance benefits
– Providing timely responses to employee inquiries
– Collaborating on and executing special projects
– Contributing to the planning and execution of diverse social activities
– Serving as a reliable backup resource for the HR team
