If you’re looking for a dynamic, fulfilling career coupled with flexibility and world-class employee experience, you’ll find it hereAbout the job.SAS is looking for a Frontliner HR Manager with dynamic mindset who will be responsible for HR-related agenda in France with primary focus on Front Line organizations.In this role you’ll run with the Business Leaders to deliver HR strategy and people plans on both strategic and operational tasks.The role will have direct leadership responsibility of an HR team in France and will engage and collaborate with HR colleagues across our South, West and East Europe Region.In this role you’ll:
- Work alongside management identify leadership development needs that are critical in creating and supporting a values-based culture resulting in greater management and leadership credibility.
- Handle management responsibilities including hiring, training, reviewing performance, giving feedback, delegating work assignments, and communicating department and company goals.
- Collaborate with and supports efforts of all HR Business Partners, HR Specialists, and key business partners on developing and implementing business strategies and priorities.
- Apply coaching, feedback and formal development plans to achieve outcomes.
- Consult employees and management on various employee relations and functional issues; provides guidance on, and assists in, performance improvement and conduct related issues
- Influence management decisions in keeping with HR corporate programs and the Company’s overall business strategy.
- Promote diversity & inclusion continuously and develop progressive plans with business areas to promote and improve diversity, including through the analysis of DEI metrics and implement talent development plans with diverse pipelines to ensure workforce and skills for the future.
Required QualificationsSignificant experience as HR Manager in international companies with matrix organization.
- Excellent knowledge of employment, employee relations, worker’s council, compensation and salary administration, and of the laws that govern these areas
- Excellent consultative, influencing, conflict management/facilitation, written, oral, interpersonal communication, analytical, organizational, and diplomacy skills
- Proven ability to coach and provide feedback across own team and related management teams.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop proven HR programs that align with business strategies
- Strong business sense and ability to participate in and contribute to various business decisions
- Strong team player and the ability to think “out of the box”
- Ability to see the “big picture”
- Fluent French and English
