They handle administrative tasks, develop employment program, and ensure payroll accuracy while comply with regulations and company policies.ReportingThe Human Resources and Payroll Administrator reports directly to the Manager, Human Resources and Payroll Services.Core Competencies

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Payroll Department.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive personnel records.
- Draft general forms, letters, reports, and memos as required.
- Assist with the development of policy and procedures.
- Administer the performance review process, keeping records up to date.
- Support recruitment and onboarding practices, including advertising, pre-screening, interviewing, and recommendations where necessary.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Assemble and categorize payroll data as required.
- Assist with post, balance, monitor and/or reconcile payroll information.
- Administration of Group Benefits/ Pensions, etc.
- Communications with employees and outside services.
- Adhere to all applicable regulations and company policies.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Human Resources Management or Payroll certificate, diploma, or degree.
- Human Resources or PCP designation is an asset.
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Experience
- At least 1 year of human resources or payroll experience.
- Aviation industry experience is considered an asset.
- Experience using software – Avanti and/or ADP would be an asset.
- Experience in Group Benefits/ Pension administration is an asset.
