– Minimum 1 year of experience in full payroll cycle and Human Ressource
– Experience in using ADP Work Force Now
– Highly ambitious, proactive go-getter, adept communicator, and enthusiastically committed to continuous learning and growth
– Knowledge of Quebec Labor StandardsMain Responsibilities:– Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
– Inputting employee data into HRIS
– Handling health insurance enrollment/termination
– Coordinating vacation requests and social events
– Preparing payroll entries and maintaining training database
– Conducting exit interviews and updating manuals
– Managing general HR tasks and safety procedures
