- People Services – colleague experience is at heart of this team, supporting managers and colleagues on a day-to-day basis with people related matters.
- People Partnering team – working closely with their business areas to ensure their people priorities are aligned with business goals.
- Specialist areas – providing expertise and setting strategy, creating policy and guidance to help drive our business forward. These teams include – Talent Acquisition, Reward & Employee Relations, Talent & Organisational Development, Inclusion & Diversity, Colleague Communications.
Our internship will give you real responsibility whilst offering you all the support you need to make the most of this opportunity. We’ll ensure you have meaningful work supporting people initiatives and projects which will help you develop skills as you start out in your career. You’ll also gain invaluable insight into the day-to-day operations of the People team. Your development is important to us, as well as hands on experience, you’ll have a buddy to support you and a placement manager to provide guidance and feedback.We are looking for candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds who have the potential to thrive at Aegon UK.We’d love to hear from you if you are/have:
- A penultimate or final year student studying any degree discipline
- A strong interest in Human Resources
- Highly motivated with the ability to work under your own initiative
- Enjoy collaborating with others to achieve high quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
To be eligible for this opportunity, you’ll be required to be available for the duration of the 12 week internship from June – August 2025.
