Job Title: HVAC and Building Services EngineerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a HVAC and Building Services Engineer to join our team in our Kirkland, WA/Exton, PA office or anywhere in the Eastern and Central Time Zone. You will lead and work on various Industrial & Manufacturing Facilities and HVAC Engineering projects. Candidates must have 8-10 years of experience in an engineering firm as an HVAC Engineer and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Experience with clean rooms, pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotech facilities is a plus.Hard Skills

• Licensed Professional Engineer
• Experience with Load program such as Carrier HAP or Trane Trace
• Capable of working in AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience with clean rooms, pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotech facilities
